Spring-Hydraulic Double Redundant Intelligent Heating Butterfly Valve

  • Uses:

    Used in cogeneration units, on the low-pressure cylinder connecting pipe, the DCS system controls the valve opening to adjust the unit's power generation and heating power ratio.

    The heating butterfly valve adopts two national invention patent technologies of our company:

    1. Spring-hydraulic dual redundant intelligent quick-acting servo drive device;

    2. Mechanical locking device at any position of the valve.
  

These make the heating butterfly valve produced by our company have the following advantages:

1. The use of double redundant patented technology makes the electro-hydraulic actuator equipped with this valve have a large output. Under large-flow heating conditions, the valve can be adjusted within the full stroke range without dead zone, solving the common problem of domestic and foreign products. There is an industry problem of adjusting the dead zone (or refusal zone);

2. The adoption of the patented technology of mechanical locking at any position of the valve allows the heating butterfly valve and hydraulic control servo valve to be replaced online when the turbine is operating normally when operating according to the prescribed procedures;

3. Compared with similar products, the length and dimensions of the valve driving device are reduced in detail, which is beneficial to improving the structural strength of the valve and reducing the vibration of the turbine piping system.
